An AI-powered modelling framework that facilitates the creation of multi-resolution BIM/HBIM models for existing buildings, particularly heritage assets, for integration in the DBLs. It combines four specialized sub-modules that tackle key challenges in the digitization and visualization of built environments: i) the transformation of unstructured point clouds obtained from non-invasive survey methods (e.g. laser scanning) into semantically classified elements (submodule A), ii) the generation of BIM families from segmented classes, through dedicated workflows based on visual programming and 3D parametric modelling (submodule B), iii) the conversion of BIM models into structural models, leveraging a Python-based tool to extract structural information and geometry (submodule C), and iv) the integration of BIM with immersive and accessible visualizations to address visualization and interoperability challenges (submodule D).
