A BIM-integrated LCA module that calculates environmental impacts of buildings, including embodied carbon and end-of-life scenarios. It connects LCA databases (e.g. Ecoinvent, Ökobaudat) with BIM models via the BEXEL platform, visualizing results within the model. This allows designers and managers to prioritize repairs, reduce carbon footprint, and enable circular economy strategies through material reuse and deconstruction planning.
